Evans Hearing & Healthcare is a family-owned business with many years of experience in the hearing care market. Mel Evans qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in 1970 and was joined by his son Tim who qualified as an Audiologist in 1993. Tim Evans is the company’s Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist specialising in the fitting of micro small Digital Hearing Aids.
Mel and Tim were joined in 2004 by Tim’s wife Teresa who, as a qualified nurse, is also able to perform wax removal for clients, as well as being fully qualified in Hearing Aid Audiology.
Together they have helped improve the hearing of thousands who suffer from hearing loss and tinnitus and are proud that a large proportion of clients come to them from recommendations.

WAX REMOVAL & EAR HYGIENE WITH OUR QUALIFIED NURSE
A build-up of wax in the ears or other blockages, like ear infections, will obviously reduce your ability to hear and if you wear hearing aids can also cause the aid to stop working.
Teresa Evans R.G.N is a fully qualified nurse and can safely and quickly remove these blockages either at our showrooms or in the comfort of your own home. You don’t need to go through your GP and often you don’t have to use oil beforehand. It’s totally safe, quick, and painless.
